Adding pedal 4 and 5 advise E9

Post by Don Balding »

all
seeking suggestions.
I have an S-11 with 5 pedals and 4 knee levers.
standard copedent.
pedals 4 and 5 are not connected, I still have all the parts.
in reading thru a lot of material in the forum some popular changes that i dont have are:
lowering strings 5,6,9 and 10
Raising string 1 and 2 together.
Ill probably put 9 lower on RKR
the others not sure of as i dont know if they are typically
used with other knee levers.
I dont see much tabs that use these changes but from what i have read they are popular,since i have the pedals I would like to see what I can do with them.

11 strings

Post by Eric Dahlhoff »

I have an 11 string ZB.
I got rid of the low D (#9) and now have this..
9 = B
10 = G#
11 = E

I have pedal Zero lower 3 & 6 to G. Works nice with the A pedal.

Sorry if i created some confusion.
my copedent which i thought was standard is:
pedal A raise string 5 and 10
B raise string 3 and 6
C raise string 4 and 5
pedal 4 and 5 are not connected
LKL raise string 4 and 8
LKR lower string 4 and 8
RKL raise string 1 and 7
RKR lower string 2
I would like to make pedal 4 and 5 functional again.
Eric,
thats kinda what im doing such a bad job of asking.
I dont know what the 0 pedal is,if its an actual pedal then it would have to be next to your A pedal unless it is a knee lever.
i would like to add the changes listed above without changing my current setup
