I have noticed recently when I press the A pedal raising the 5th and 10 strings the 6th string raised in pitch just enough to show on the tuner but not enough to detect with my ears. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

You likely have the counterforce on the A pedal overadjusted.

To fix it, locate the knurled knob on the counterforce rod that actuates when you press the A pedal. Connect your guitar to a tuner. Then, press the A pedal, pick the 6th string, and twist the knob until it is in tune.

Since the 6th string currently sharpens when you press A, you'll want to back off the counterforce adjustment a bit.
