The amount of my (first) bid on this ZB D-10 is a comment on the frustration mine has caused me the last three years. I bid only $498 less than I paid for the first one, but somehow, I didn't meet reserve...

I made a bid too. I was told to bid higher. I thought a bid was a bid. I guess ebay is an entity unto itself and we should just get in line.

LKR and RKR are the same tapered aluminum knees I saw on the ZB in Springhill. On that guitar all four knees were like that.

On this one LKL and RKL look like replacements, or maybe they were added later.

This guitar is 71-74. Needs a tear down.

Wow! Sure look like that it could be made work fine. I like the sellers detailled photos of the steel, however I have enough problems in my life

Its amazing to see how the FP actuate a pivoting flat plate rather than a rod,. Must have alot of friction points. would that be a all pull or PP changer?

Scott,
The early MSA that I had was the same undercarrage, and the pedal action was stiff, and a pain to change setups on the front neck.

Dave, I automatically received a message, in very red warning letters saying "bid higher", or maybe "try a higher bid". At the time I was well above what was listed as the current highest bid.

you may have bid higher than the visible high bid but not higher than someone else's proxy bid...?

That makes incredibly good sense, that's probably why I couldn't think of it myself. Dave. BTW how are the Lefflers in Ashland?
