This is some fantastic live video of Jerry that I did not see posted on here. I really hate that SMPTE code as it blocks everything but his first 4 or 5 frets! Regardless, what style!

The screen was clear when he was making those beautiful harmonics. How did he do it? Didn't look like any method I'm familiar with. |

I think you are referring to "palm harmonics", that's the way I learned.
You lightly contact the strings one octave above your bar with the side of your "palm" while picking the string with your thumb. |

Erv I think you're right. When I first looked at it I thought he was using some exotic finger harmonic but on second glance it does look like palm style. |
