I have heard this recording and the non-pedal steel work was really good, to say the least. The recordings sound like they were all done for this box set. Does anybody know who played on it?

I think I have that thing buried in a box somewhere.

Supposed to be Tom Morrell on steel, but I can't recall ever listening to it.

I would believe it was Tom. The tone is rich and darker sounding like Tom used to have.
