A lovely arrangement of a beautiful tune which lends itself well to pedal steel.
John continues to provide really good, playable tabs and his love of a good melody shines through. He sure can pick 'em!

Received this tab from John, and just like all of the others another great job,,it's nice you put the wording of the song below the tabbing, makes the phrasing a lot easier.I listened
To Ray Prices version on Ytube to get the melody in my head, been along time since I've heard any body perform this song.but john you did a great job on your phrasing, fairly easy
To play,easy to read,nice arrangement.thanks John!

If you are looking for a not too difficult song that has a beautiful harmony, Beautiful Dreamer is for you. John's tabs are always excellent and his selection of the beautiful standards is really impressive. THANKS JOHN

I just got this from John and haven't had a chance to try it because my steel is 1000 miles away but looking it over it seems like a fairly simple arrangement on a beautiful melody. I would encourage anyone to get a copy and try this great melody from the 1800s.
I don't know much but what I know I know very well.

I remember learning this tune when I first started out on the Bb Baritone horn in high school. John has a way with coming up with some of the great classics for us to learn to play. Thanks again John for everything you do for us.

Anyone wanting a copy, you know how to reach me.

Kind Regards

Weldon also recorded it on one of the earlier "Po Boy's" instrumental albums. His and Sonny's is one of the best versions I've heard on steel.

Very nice arrangement of my favorite Stephen Foster song. Just right for my level of playing.
Thank you, John
