John's CD with this and other tunes is on his John Heinrich Steel Guitar recording by Gene Breeden studios.
Other nice tunes such as Night in Tunisia etc. are on there too. Brubeck's Take 5, since he plays horn too.
John also plays fabulous wind instruments like flute and all ranges of sax among other things. Fine musician. Sounds great on his Excel guitars.
Far as I know he still has the cush gig with Ronnie Milsap. |

Charles i really like John's unorthodox style of playing. Very easy to listen to, flows nicely along. I especially enjoy John's little tricks he pulls out of his hat. How do i go about purchasing this wonderful album? Is it available? Being a jazz and swing fan myself, i find it to my liking. Please pass along to John how much i enjoyed it. Thanks for posting it. |
