** Zum U12 sale or trade **

Post by Mark van Allen »

I'm looking for a recent lightweight TOP drawer S-or SD-10 for scaled-down gigs, have a stellar late 80's Zumsteel Universal fully loaded for trade or possible sale. Pics and info of course available to someone with serious interest.

This Zum's been gone for a while, thanks for looking! Still looking for other special guitars, however, 10 or U12…

Mark, I've been thinking of an Excell keyless U-12 with only the E9 pedals for scaled down local gigs and rehearsals....
And a gig bag with shoulder straps....

Olli I sat down to a keyless Excell D10 at Dallas in March and had quite a bit of time on both necks - it was an impressive guitar, very nice action and lovely to play - I didn't check the weight but I imagine it was pretty light - the changer looked very impressive too with a lot of extra functionality by the look of it.
Doug Jernigan sat at the same guitar a little earlier and it sounded amazing :-}

Excel weight

My Excel D10 setup as 9 X 12 in the case weighs 41 pounds. Including tool kit and spare strings, etc. The guitar setup weighs 31 pounds.
