Name That Tune

Post by Michael Tyne »

Hi,

Here is a clip of an Australian band called Cedar Creek that I have occasionally been performing with over the years. The tune is one I heard on a Ray Price video documentary in the 1990s? and to date have not been able to identify the name of it or who was originally playing steel on it.

At the time I thought it might have been a steel guitar arrangement of an earlier big band swing tune.

Can anyone recall this particular tune?

Hi Ricky, No but your close. I remember now I think the soundtrack was from a video Documentary called "The Life And Times Of Ray Price". Has anyone seen it.
Cheers,

Yeah the verse melody wasn't really "All of Me" but that closing melody was very much "All of Me"..ha.
