Question: On Emmons Push Pull When you pull a string a whole tone with kl E9th ( say 7th F# to G#). How do you get the knee to stay stright down? When I use RLL to make this change It stays slanted to the right. Can some of you PP Guys help me fix this problem. Thanks Bruce

If I'm understanding the question correctly, you need to set the knee lever stop so that the lever travels more to the left. Re-set the collars on the rod that goes to the 7th string raise so that when the knee lever is activated the 7th string raise finger is touching the body of the steel. Now when you release the lever hopefully it should be hanging vertically and the 7th string should be F#. When you say RLL, do you mean the right leg knee lever moving left when operated? I call this RKL.
