I noticed that the height of my B pedal on my Carter U12 (G#--A, strings 3,6,and 10) dropped. Looking underneath I could see that the pedal was now lower because where the pedal rod connects to the Pedal Pull Bar, was "hanging loose", and not flush against the top under side of the guitar, as all the other pedals are in the undepressed position. Hopefully , there is a simple obvious remedy? After retuning the nylon tuning nuts on all 3 strings, the pedal seems to work fine, but is now signifigantly lower than all the other pedals, Thanks, Jim

You can adjust the quick disconnect at the end of the pedal rod to return the pedal to its original height. However, I would like to talk to you about what is going on and see if there is something else that needs to be adjusted and to figure out what caused this to happen. Please call me at (972) 288-9100.
