Couple of things to keep in mind. How can you be sure you were first to send an E-mail? Also, everyone's e-mail doesn't travel at the same speed. Depending on the server or servers. Some can be delayed mins. hours, or even days. Also Forum E-mails often goes to peoples Spam catchers.

Just food for thought.
