What are the best setting for Boss RV-3

What are the best setting for the Boss RV-3 I am using a Zum and a Peavey Nashville-400 need to know how to set the amp and the RV-3 for the best tone, art

Here is my settings with a Derby LXR-16
& Nash-400
4 +9 -6 775 +8 +5 R7
or
3 +3 -3 600 +6 +3 R5 + Button out
RV-3 7:30/8 11 1-2 #7
or 8 12 1 #7

Thanks Autry. for taking the time to help me with this, I haven't had a chance to try it. but I sure will. I am not very good at setting the effects units, I just bought this one and I am having a time getting it to sound right. thanks again have a good evening... art
