Is there anyone on the forum that lives near Allentown, PA who teaches the basics of steel guitar? I could use some help.

Look up Tommy Vollmer in Hamburg. I don't know if he gives lessons but he knows "everybody" that plays steel. Tom is a forum member. |

Also, check out John McClung, lessons over Skype. Very helpful and structured. Went from an absolute beginner one year ago, to being able to pick out some Buddy Emmons songs, playing along in jams, and even did some recording on it. |
