Dekley D-10 - Please Close - SOLD

Post by Scott Harris »

Beautiful, fully functional, professionally played Dekley D-10 Pedal Steel up for grabs! I'm scaling down to a single neck. Standard Emmons set-up, 8 pedals, 4 knees. Gorgeous sound and action. Stable tuning and not a string breaker. Custom made Hatton cases. Will consider delivery within 5 hours of Taos. $1400 or reasonable offers and around $70 should cover shipping. I'm too old to be hauling around 70+# of steel when I don't play much C6 anymore. Bought a GFI single 10 Expo from here a few months ago and love it, Custom GFI SD-10 Ultra's on its way, so my D-10 has to go.

That's one nice steel at a GREAT price. I sold mine years ago here on the forum. Wish I still had it but I can only play one at a time.

Very nice one, my favorite color. It is a steal at that price.
These are very stable and good sounding guitars.
You can also use Bill Lawrence 710 narrow mount pickups on them.

I agree. These guitars are very under rated and little talked about. I play
mine out all the time. The pedal and lever action are excellent
and the tone is outstanding. At this price someone will be making out big time
once they play this guitar and realize what they've got.

I believe this is a slimline model as well.

Yes Mike it is indeed a slimline. I have an identical one. Great guitars.
I'd put it up against my emmons any day.

I'll also mention that I have split cases for mine as well and it
makes this heavy guitar very manageable for carrying. The Hatton cases that come with this guitar are a huge plus. What a deal!
