Is Fender the only 23" scale PSG ? It's comfortable to switch between my 22.5" non pedal guitars and the Fender 1000 I just got because of the closeness in scale length. Are all other manufacturers PSG the longer 24.5" scale. Just curious.

thanks

I believe that the British made 'Bennet' PSG is 23 1/2" scale length.

If memory serves me correct...

Gene Fields had told me that he built a GFI S-10 PSG KEYLESS at 22.5" for Fred Newell.
(Small and compact)

You can confirm this with Gene.

But, I was told that there was no problems getting this into the overhead bin of an aircraft.

I am considering having Gene building me a small scale.

Best Regards Steelers,
Kurt

The old Harlin Bros. Multi-Kords were 23". Of course they have been out of business for years.
