used to know how to reset to factory, can you help me.

you can reset the StroboFlip by pressing and holding down both arrow buttons while you switch the unit on, then press the SAVE button.

Just putting out another Thanks to ya Edward. I've been also looking for info on resetting my Flip. On another note, does anyone know where to find "New" old stock Strobo Flip Tuners?... Would be Great to have a back up....
