Is this the performance you're refering to:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J5YBKEwmu3s
If so, here's what I get:
1. Starting on the high notes, you have part of a D chord on fret 13, strings 3&5, P1

2. Next move is down to fret 12, same strings, P1&2. (An "A" chord)

3. Next, slide down to fret 10, same strings and pedals (A "G" chord)

4. Stay on fret 10, release pedals while raising string 1 up a step with a knee lever. (This is a "D" chord)

5. Strike string 1 (and 5 I think) then release the knee for string 1 (lowering it back down the step).

6. Staying on fret 10, strike strings 4&6

7. Strike strings 4&6 again then engage P2 and your knee that lowers the 4th string (gives an "A7" chord)

I think you have the rest.
