And if I remember correctly there is a tab in the anthology of pedal steel guitar by Dewitt Scott. And it's on the accompanying disk

Looks like you can get it on the forum. Go to the top left corner and click instruruction then click E9 and there it is. I know it is still available from Mel bay http://www.steelguitarshopper.com/products/Anthology-of-Pedal-Steel-Guitar.html
