Rare 90s CMI Louisiana D10 8X4 !Sold!

Post by Alex Johnson »

Recently finished refurbing this rarity and it's ready to be sold. It's a CMI (Louisiana) D10 8X4 keyless. According to the serial it is a 92. I had to replace all of the ball joint inline connectors at the pedals and also had to rebuild the tuner for the low C on the back neck as well as some general cleaning / tweaking. The low C tunes fine with the use of a snub phillips driver and the standard key on the remaining 19 strings. Guitar has a very "tight" feel and was very well made. REDUCED $1100 Shipped to Lower 48

Looks similar to an early Williams to me. Looks too like they feed the front neck off of the back neck...jmo

someone should be very happy, I'd have bought if it had keys.

I remember that guitar from years ago. First keyless I set behind. Everything was there on the C6th then. Good price with lots of potential.
