I've lost a link I saved to a site that had lots of parts that might be used to build a pedal steel.

I'm currently working on some pedal steel seats and I need metal corners for them. The site I've lost had those corners. It also had rubber feet, metal trim, angle brackets, all kinds of screws, metal handles, hinges, and anything else you might want for my project. And the prices were very good.

I just can't find the link anymore. Does anyone know of a similar place online? My local hardware places done have what I want. Specifically, the metal corners.

By the way, anybody need a new pedal steel seat? These will all have the side car. I plan to add a back on a couple of them. Pretty much like the Steelers Choice seats.

I have a couple of weeks off from school and I've always wanted to try this. Got all the plywood cut and most of the metal trim and brackets. Just need to find a few more parts and start building.

Speaking of seats....

The Steelers Choice seats are covered in vinyl on the outside and carpet on the inside. I was thinking of black felt all over. Like on a peavey speaker cabinet.

What do you think? I'll post some pictures when I get one finished.

When I was building Seats, cases, etc, I would get parts from the Ohio Travel Bag company in Cleveland. It's been at least 10 years and I don't even know if they are still in business or if they have a web site. Since they are a wholesale distributer you have to set up an account and there is an order minimum (dollar amount).

There is a company in Texas called Umbra that sells everything needed to make flight cases, racks etc. Shouldn't be hard to find online.
