Damir, I have to ask this. It's a beautiful guitar and you told me it was wrapped. I've always wondered exactly what it's "wrapped" with, contact paper or plastic? It looks so shiny I can't help but be curious. Your right, they did a great job.

Barry, it looks like some kind of plastic wrap, it is thicker, and it's definitely not paper...

The vinyl wrap on this Zum is highly durable adhesive back Oracal 651...about 3 mil, 70 micron. Sign makers use this material a lot for both indoor and outdoor computer weeded signing. Not contact paper.

3M auto wrap is 3.5 mil, so this is just a tad lighter.

This guitar is a wonderful playing and sounding instrument. The build quality is superb and it shows remarkably little wear for a guitar of this vintage. It's a great player with all splits, a modern setup and lots of pulls. The price is very fair if you consider what a new one with all this hardware costs. I'm surprised it's still here.

Where are all the Zum-bodies :?:

thanks Jerry for clearing up some stuff about the wrap, only reason why price is so low, is because I have to go to Europe this summer, I will be leaving on May 30th and coming back on July 27th...if it doesn't sell before I leave, it will be going back to its regular price after I get back...this is a wonderful guitar, that sounds and plays great, and it's loaded as well...

Thanks for clearing that up Jerry. I kinda figured it couldn't be contact paper. Whoever did this wrap really did do a nice job with it. I like you am surprised the thing is still here with all the options it has.
