convert a BIB file to MP3

Can anyone tell me how to do this? I have a BIB file for "Beyond the Reef" I need to convert to MP3 for a student.

I convert them to a wave file and then open them with Audacity and export them as mp3 files. Audacity is free and works for me. There may be a direct way to convert from BIAB to mp3 that I don't know about. I think Audacity and Lame work together to convert to the mp3. They are both free.

One of the options when making an audio file in BIAB is mp3. Just choose export song as audio, then choose mp3.
