73 LDG all done

Post by Johnny Cox »

I finished a customers 73 LDG today. It is such a wonderful guitar. I'm really trying to remember why I stopped playing Sho-Buds. Here are the after photos. Guitar was completely disassembled, the body polished, all metal parts were cleaned and the shiny parts repolished. New jack and coil switch. Total setup and adjusted.
I took it to Baldknobbers and played it tonight. Hate to see it go.

Stunning guitar Johnny! Beautiful job on the restoration.

I'd love to have one like it someday. Either one of these or a round-front Pro II of this vintage is on my wish list.

Wow that looks better than Brand new Johnny; great work.
And as far as why you don't play Shobud anymore??ha...well there is "Sho~bud" of course and then there is "1st year Sho~bud LDG"; just really two different categories to me now....
