Way before my time. I do remember watching Spade on TV when I was around 4 years old. I also remembered how to watch it every time it came on after the first time I saw it. I enjoyed the show a lot.

Yes, that's Noel. I also recognize Muddy Berry on drums and Jimmy Wyble holding the guitar. The girl singer is Ginny Jackson and the tall boy singer is (I think) Freddie "Careless" Love. Don't recognize the other players.
