A-25 Repro-7 string w/Aiello rebuilt pickup - Price reduced

Long scale cast aluminum frypan reproduction made by Dutch guitar builder, Jan van der Donck. The guitar is well built and in excellent condition, but when I acquired it the sound was lacking. Rick Aiello completely rebuilt the pickup, which has a faux horseshoe design. Rick described the rebuilt pickup as being â€œvery similar to the Dining Car pickup placed in single coil modeâ€. He also replaced the volume/tone setup with a mini concentric unit. The guitar now has a strong, full tone with lots of sustain. Although it was built as a 7 stringer, I also had a 6 string nut made, which is how it is presently configured. Hardshell case included. Asking $1000 plus shipping.
