I'm looking for something for C6 Hawaiian and I was wondering what new guitars people like and are playing?
I'm trying to get an idea of the full spectrum, so let's say price isn't that important, but sound and playability is. But I'd rather know what you actually play rather then what your dream steel is.

And, yes, I know that the real answer is to find an old Rickenbacker fry pan. Smile

Because the choice is limited to a brand-new production model, I would purchase a 6-string RAM Speakeasy, for the simple reason that my 8-string RAM Speakeasy is so impressive.

How about an affordable FP with Hawaiian sounding (Rick Aiello) PU? 6 or 7 string in the same guitar...

I have a JB frypan with Aiello boxcar, for that cream-tone, it can't be beat.
Only heard the new Clinesmith FP-style, they are amazing looking and sounding.
