Lloyd Green Interview

Post by Bruce Bouton »

Good Morning

I'm happy to announce a new internet Radio Show that I am hosting.. It's called The Sidemen and it's available for listening. It's on acmeradiolive.com. Go to the site and pull down featured programing. Click on music programming and go to The Sideman. Lloyd's show is archived.
I was honored that he agreed to the interview. I think it's well worth a listen.

Cheers!

Thanks, Bruce. Enjoyed that. I've read & heard many interviews with Lloyd & I love to read & hear his words and thoughts. There were some new tidbits in there.

I really enjoyed your interviewing Lloyd Green. You're very good at interviewing people...you seem to be able to ask the right question and lay back while they answer...kind'a like backing a singer. Hope to hear more of your interviews.

In the interview, I am sure Lloyd extemporaneously provided this historical evidence.
His recall of memory exceeds anyone I have ever talked to.

Great interview phenomenal playing on Juke Box Charlie!

Thanks Bruce for doing this!

Great stuff. Lloyd is just a great historian. I don't know how he remembers all the details, but I glad he can do it for not only us but for posterity.

Such an articulate speaker and obviously brilliant man. I could listen to him talk all day.

Thanks Bruce, you too Lloyd.

Great interview, Bruce! Thanks so much for doing it.

I'd sure like to hear more about your time at the Sho-Bud factory in 1978. Was Paul Franklin Sr. still there? And who else? How about some memories of Shot and the other Jacksons?

I was janitor at the Sho-Bud store 1979-83 and, for about six months in 1979, worked on the assembly line at the factory.
