A lap steel designed specifically for string pulling technique lap steel playing. Seven strings, 1/2" string spacing. Fingerboard is offset away from player. Two custom wound pickups, tone and volume controls, and the knob in the center is a blending pot, for a great variety of tonal possibilities. Aluminum core (3/4" thick). Top and bottom are covered with 1/8" thick walnut. Fingerboard is 1/4" walnut, stained darker (pickups matching stained wood). Silver color fret lines, inlaid aluminum dots. Grover tuners.
