Bobby makes a great dobro, I played one of his ported R for
a number of years..This guitar never let me down and was a real banjo kill..................

just got this baby in, you are correct, this is the loudest , best sounding resonator I ever had... and the most gorgeous looking as well...this is definitely a keeper ... as soon as I pulled this guitar out of the case my 8 year old said "can we keep this one? "... lol ... absolutely amazing instrument...

No doubt the cover plate came from Beard/Resophonic Outfitters. Paul has become a significant parts supplier to builders over the years.

Crafters of Tennessee used to supply parts to builders, but after they went out of business other suppliers likely found ther parts sales increasing.

Damir, I'm a long time Dobro player. I'm not one to buy an acoutic instrument without playing it. Bring it to the Dallas show and I'll try it. Alternately, I'd finance half a round trip to ship it to me so I can try it. PM me if you like.

Fine looking Wolfe reso there Damir. I bet that Macacauba wood really makes that guitar honk. I was sorely tempted, but just can't make it happen right now.
