Deluxe reverb reissue mint condition

Post by Scott McRee »

I have a deluxe reverb reissue that sounds just wonderful for the steel. Only reason I'm selling is because I have too many amps. You can't beat the fender clean tone and this has so much warmth and is extremely quiet at idle. No flaws at all. Everything works great. New they're $1100. I'm asking $725 obo

He's not joking - I have this same amp and I used to think that I used it because I was doing double duty - and that I was compromising my steel tone by using just this one amp.
I played a gig this past weekend and brought my former #1 steel amp (nashville 400) and boy did I miss the fender tone on the steel.

If I were closer I'd consider buying this for a back up.
This is a good deal.

btw - I don't know the seller and I hope that he doesn't mind me chiming in.

Don't mind you chiming in at all. They are great amps. Thanks for your feedback. If you want it, I'll pay the shipping. This one is mint condition.

Scott, is your deluxe reissue the '65 blackface or the '68 silverface model? Thanks.

Absolutely. Eric heywood back lines with these all of the time. He plays with the pretenders, son volt, Ray lamontagne, Tift Merritt. For small gigs like you're talking I don't think there is a better amp out there in my opinion besides an old actual 65' deluxe reverb which would cost you around 2 grand.
