2015 Williams S12 Wide Body (Please Close)

Post by Hal Braun »

It is with great reluctance (and medical issues) that I have to sell my all wood lacquered Williams S12 (including the wood neck upgrade) using both Birdseye and Curly Maple.

It also has the amazing sounding Telonics pickup upgrade.

It was delivered on July 18th of this year, and maybe has 20 hours of playtime. I has a fairly normal Emmons setup with 4 pedals (0 pedal Franklin with standard 1,2&3) and 5 knee levers. Has compensators on string 1 and 7 and splitters on 3 and 6. Also comes with and extra pull train kit. This guitar and case are as new. No nicks, dings, scratches, NOTHING..

Ordered new today, this guitar would cost you $4000 plus shipping from MN. You can have this gorgeous Honey Amber baby shipped to you inside the CONUS via FedEx for $3300.. I would prefer checks from forum members but also have Paypal and will ship when funds clear, or you are welcome to come get it in person near Orlando FL.

In addition, you will get a bunch of really nice bars, a boatload of picks and 4 or 5 sets of Extended E9 strings, Winnie's book and some other learning material... and any other related steel stuff I have left. New pictures further down.. :-)

Thanks.. It really is beautiful and sounds better than it looks and plays smooth as butter.. Damir needs to come do the pics to do it justice. I just got the darn thing but one thing after another on the health side is putting an end to my playing days..or it would not be going anywhere.

Hal,
You may not be Damir but you're getting awful close with those pictures. Wish I could do that good. Wish you the best on your sale of a fine guitar. I have a Williams Uni coming or I'd be knocking on your door.....clark

Thanks all.. John, you know you want it :-)

I have just had a pretty rough go of it health wise the last bit, and now some more uncertainty after the last scan. Hopefully it will turn out to be nothing, or at least fixable.. But it has impacted my ability to practice and/play considerably.

Either way, it is a beautiful piece that gives me joy just looking at it in my office so no hurry.

Regards..

Hal, my only thought is what are you going to do after you sell it and then recover from your illness? I guess you will be OK if you have another steel to play.

Bill and Tim Rudolph sure do make some superb steels.

Best of luck with the health. stevet
