Music Man 212 HD

I have an opportunity to purchase a MM 212 HD. The guy says the amp has no speakers. I want to have a cabinet built for the head only so that works for me.

Does anyone have an idea of what the weight would be after it's split?

It looks to be in really good shape and he is asking only $400.00.
