FS: Tweed Bassman in NJ

Post by Michael Devito »

It's a replica made by a guy named Sterling in MA. Made very well, fully the equal in parts, build quality and sound as examples from Victoria and Clark.

Here are other pics from the previous owner:

Comes with a cover. All NOS tubes, including Tung Sol 5881s for power. Has four weber 10A125 alnico speakers, 30 watts each. Which is one reason it sounds so good. And it does ... the best of the many larger tweed amps I've owned. But the band is gone, and it's not getting used now.

Used much, but stayed in a rehearsal studio for years. Never schlepped around, never abused.
I'm willing to drive a reasonable distance in the NY/NJ/PA/CT area. Would rather not ship.
Asking 1000 bucks.
