No need to start from scratch on this one if you weren't around for the last one. Here is a two pager with 44 posts which began in September asking the same question:

The consensus was that it is Joe McGuffee.

Not everyone could agree on the spelling of Joe's last name, like the person who put up the YouTube video spelled Emmy's name as Emmy Lou, when it is in fact Emmylou and always has been. Had I a dollar for every time I have seen it spelled as Emmy Lou I could buy a new guitar. Wink
