Damir,

The machinist will look through the peep hole and if you know the password, he will let you inside. If not, then you better hope it is not raining.
[This message was edited by Gary Dunn on 31 October 2004 at 06:00 PM.]

I called and got Emmons week before last; they had scheduled for me to come in and have a lower added on a 9th string, and some other work, but I had to cancel at the last minute...They did schedle the time with me, and seemed fine...That was a week ago Thursday...Hope this helps.

Farris!!!

Perhaps your machine shop would be less noisy if you put one barking dog outside and just kept one inside. Then if someone sneaked up on you, the dog outside could give the alarm to the dog inside, and then the dog inside could interpret the communication from the dog outside. Then while you leave the dog inside in charge, you could go and have speaks with the dog outside and find out who wants to come inside.

After a while with good training and good rewards, both dogs coud stay in charge inside. That would relieve you of the burden and you could spend all your time outside practicing on your steel. Oh! these dog days of late summer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't know what the rest of you have experienced, but I called a couple of times in the past month or two, and they picked up on the first few rings.

The parts I ordered arrived two days later, and other questions were answered with some expediency.

Of course, whether that's the norm or not, I don't know... just saying I've not had trouble myself.

Ron sent me a bunch of parts a while back and even included the invoice in the package, no prepayment necessary. Emmons was the only place I could source 7/32" pull rods. Image Image

Farris I am confused. What happened to the dog on the outside? And now you have a goat in the inside. Is it a fact that the dog would rather be on the outside and the goat on the inside. Is this a machine shop, adoghouse or sa barnyard. Are you and the dog otside turning the goat into barbecue. I just can't keep up with yo!!! slow down

TB

I think the dogs are on the inside while farris is outside. So the dogs think they are on the outside but they really are on the inside while the goat is outside with Farris.Farris does not want Goatmeat in his inside so the goat will have to stay outside with the dogs who are normally also on the outside but are now on the inside while Farris looks for them on the outside.

Heck you even confused me Farris.....
