When I returned to playing Steel in 2000 after a self imposed 7 or 8 year layoff, I bought a White MSA D12. It was a wonderful guitar but it was wonderfully heavy ! I paid $900 for it. Well built, hi quality guitar.

A D12 can fairly easily become an SD'12 with extra parts leftover to keep or sell
