I just came by this today....
Musicians friend is selling the eps-12c speaker for 159.99, with no sales tax, and FREE shipping. A great price, and 45 day return policy as well.
I bought one....I think the price is due to a 20% off Holiday Sale, so move quick.
Thought someone might like to know.
