BILL FERGUSON...thank you

Post by Edward Rhea »

My hat's off to Bill! I bought some George L's cables for my pedal steel, not quite a year ago. He offered then to send them before I had the funds, of course I declined, but not long after, I was able to get them. They definitely improved my mid ranges and helped me to achieve artificial harmonics more easily.
His customer service is second to none. Thanks Bill for the amazing videos, of legendary players at Steel shows that you've shared with the world on YouTube and the products you offer and stand behind!
Now, go get yourselves some cables, players!

Ditto here!

I emailed Bill late last night asking for prices, made my choice this morning and two sets of cords are already on their way to me!

Bill is one of life's gentlemen. I thank him for the great service.

Folks, he has some very good prices that'll be held until December 31st - make the most of it!

I'm lucky. I've been getting this kind of service from Bill for years!

Just got my Mullen Discovery. Colorado Springs is not exactly a hot bed of steel guitar. Depend on the forum completely. Heard about Bill Ferguson and George L cables. Called Bill. Like talking with an old friend! New cables blew me away. I wear two hearing aids and I could absolutely hear the difference both with and without my hearing aids. Such a clean dound! Thanks to my new friend, Bill Ferguson!

Thanks, Bill - my new cords arrived yesterday (Monday)!

Great service (and a pat on the back to the USPS as well, of course).

Many thanks...
