Pac-a-Seat Hardware

Anybody got any suggestions where to look for
the fold up hardware for a pac-a-seat.
I have a friend who is building one.

why not build the whole thing yourself?Can't be that hard i believe.I will be starting on one for myself in a few weeks and don't have a drawing or such but it can't be that difficult i think.
