Hello fellow steelers!
A quick note to let you know about my latest steel school. It will be an E9th beginner to intermediate level course held on Friday the 30th & Saturday the 31st of October. I've had several requests for this class, so here it is! You can visit my new website (which is under construction) for the details and contact forms. The address of my site is www.westexassteelschool.webs.com
This newer site is nicer looking and I believe it will help ease my workload a little bit.
Check out the site and come to the school. By the way, this is now the 5th year we've had steel schools in West Texas. I appreciate everyone who has attended and thanks for the positive feedback. I look forward to hearing from you.

Well, I have confirmed 2 steel students so far. Looking for about 3 or 4 more. Give me a call and we can help you get to the next level. I'd love to talk with you about your specific needs.

Well,
We are finally ready for the School. I do have room for maybe 1 or 2 last minute students. The class is beginner to intermediate E9th. We will cover everything from tuning, to bar techniques, adjusting your picks, scales, chords, chimes, COUNTRY songs like: The Chair, Pop A Top, Wine Me Up, Blue Jade, etc. This class is up close and very personal. And, I'll be teaching one of the songs from new cd that Steve Palousek and I just finished. All My Loving! But, it's this coming Friday and Saturday!
Take Care and We'll see you soon.
If not at the school....we'll hopefully see you in Phoenix.

I've been to two of Larry's steel schools and will be going again Friday and Saturday. If I didn't feel like I was benefiting from it, I wouldn't be going back. He's a great teacher, friend, and awesome picker!Time's almost up if you've been thinking about it!!

Well, just had another great steel school. This will be the last one for 2015. The next school will be in April 2016. A big thanks to everyone who attended, and all of the positive support, and thanks to my wonderful wife: Susie, for the cooking and great hospitality.
