I want to personally thank all of you for your kind words, and friendship, and for using the BJS Bars. I take pride in making them, and as long as I can with God's help, I'll continue with the process. If any of you need answers to some concerns, please do not hesitate to email me.
I sent a 15/16" bar to my dear friend Ron Elliot with his birthstone in it, he called and told me that it was a spot on it that could catch a string, I told him to send it back and he'll get a new one. Well it turned out to be some glue that got on the outside of it, I took my pocket knive and scraped it off, good as new. Little things like this happens, I guess it's a sign of getting older. haha
I want to thank Bob and all envolved for making this forum for the Steel Guitarist, I think it's the best thing along with the wonderful people that conducts the Steel Guitar Conventions. You just meet with some of the best people that you could ever come in contact with.
Got to go and try my luck at golfing today in the final scramble of the year.
Best to everyone, have a wonderful day, give thanks to God.
Bill

The chrome on my other BJS started comming off. now understand, I've had it for quite some time, and try and get at least 2 hrs a night behind my steel, thank you for putting out the finest bar, hands down. Mr. Stroud---I have several bars made by different people with whom it was a pleasure to do business. We are all fortunate that the choice exists and that the craftsmanship is so good.
But quite simply my BJS 15/16" is my #1 bar. It will last my lifetime and beyond. I will always be trying different strings, different amps, different guitars, different picks....etc. But I've got the bar thing covered with one of yours. One less thing to have to chase down. Thank you.

Bill,
The 15/16 bar is the best one yet. It feels better than any bar I have ever used.
By the way, thanks for the picks, picked them up at Roger Blevins house Sunday.
