I had a request for this song from a fellow Forumite because of Buddy Emmons.
You can see and hear Buddy do this song on YouTube with a full orchestra.
The song is "Once Upon A Time In The West".
It was written in 1968 by an Italian, Ennic Morricone.
In case you are not familiar with Ennic, he wrote a lot of the theme music for the spaghetti westerns being produced in that era.
Dickie,
You copy is in the mail, I hope you like it.

I had a request for my latest Country Classic: "When I Dream".
It sounds sort of like a pop song but Willie Nelson and Crystal Gayle both have done recordings of it.
I was asked for the Jeff Newman's version of this song but you'll have to settle for the left-handed Norwegian's version.
Bill,
Your copy is in the mail.
Thanks,
Erv

My latest Country Classic is: "The Wabash Cannon Ball"
The origins for this song date back to 1882. It was in that year that J. A. Roff publish the sheet music for "The Great Rock Island Route", the basis for the song.
In 1904, William Kindt rewrote the original song and published it under the title of "The Wabash Cannon Ball".
In 1929, The Carter Family recorded it and in 1936, Roy Acuff's recording of the song sold 10 million copies.
Since that date it has been recorded numerous times.

Sons of the Pioneers
Erv:
Those 3 songs are really nice.
Tumbling tumbleweeds is easy to play and sounds great. Blue Shadows on the Trails captures the wonderful memories of hearing the Sons sing this when I was a boy. The last Roundup will take just a tad extra work for me but it is what I had hoped to hear as I played it.
Thank you for going out of your way to tab these songs.

Do you have a sample tab you could share here or by PM? I am brand new to the steel world and would like to see what you have.
