What I heard when I played through it was great.

It reminded me of the old Session 400/LTD...

That's a good thing.

Session amplifier

You know we would not abandon the traditional steel guitar players. The speaker options are a 212 cab or a 115BW cab. It is too soon to talk about, but it does sound good! The weight and dimensions are as follows;
SESSION AMP HEAD;

CABINET DIM. H 22 1/4" X W 24 3/4" X D 11"

CABINET WEIGHT: 42.8 LBS.

SESSION 115N CAB;
CABINET DIM. H 20" X W 24 3/4" X D 11"

CABINET WEIGHT: 31.6 LBS.

PACKED WEIGHT

More later.

No pic but it has a 999.00 price tag for the head. I called customer service for more info, and they told me that they have one available for pre-order nation wide for Internet sales. Available "Feb 25th".

The new Peavey amp will allow for the traditional "honky tonk" sound.
