I am trying to get lightweight legs for my MSA. Does anyone know a good source for getting these?

Uhh...MSA! They have lightweight legs in both aluminum and carbon-fiber.

Don Burrows makes pedal steel guitar legs out of aluminum. They are 1 and 1/2 # per set lighter than chrome. He also makes custom length pedal rods. You can e-mail him at wingingit@adelphia.net.

Just cut the inner legs short. You dont need the full length. It will save you a lot of weight and money.

If you dont want to cut them, buy a tube which is the same size as the inner leg, and make 4 very short legs.
