I bit the bullet and despite a bad case of nerves, I managed to play the Talent Search this year (don't tell Stoney you've never played or he'll have you up there). If I didn't stink up the hall too badly, I hope to do it again... maybe it gets easier?

Steve, you did great. I was good to finally meet you. Talk about nerves I played my whole set with my RKL lever up, plus I forgot what song I was going to start out with.

I enjoyed your set, too, Bill. I understand about the knee lever, I plugged into the amp before my volume pedal with the expected result.

It's like Ron Elliot said it's about having fun.
Some day we'll get together and have a good laugh about it. I'm thinking of having my show this year. If I do hope you can come.

I really enjoyed playing on the show even though I was nervous. The best part was meeting new friends. I hope to see you guys next year.
