Complete Walker Stereo Steel Goldface Combo System

Post by Jason Rogers »

2 cabs, effects processor, and preamp (please ignore the Webb amp, sorry  ). One of the greatest sounding systems ever built. Intentionally constructed to be lightweight without sacrificing anything tonally, GD Walker built this miracle during the mid-90's loaded with the ART effects processor and two bulletproof black widows - I know this because I just got off the phone with him. Personally answered my call after two rings, talked for 20 minutes. Heck of a guy, you can imagine the level of heart he puts into his work.

I can answer most questions and would be happy to take pictures of anything specific requested. $900 + actual shipping.

Gerry is a GREAT guy to deal with. And builds an even greater product. I have one, that I bought back in 2003. The only thing I had to get was another processor, But the amp has held up, and every time I had an issue, I would call and Gerry would walk me through it over the phone. If he was not there, I would leave a message and he would call me back, ASAP. He deserves recognition for OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was so shocked that I had dialed the number and was speaking to him personally within seconds that I had to take a moment to collect my thoughts and verify with him that it was actually happening. A perfect example of the ideal communication that you can almost only dream of these days. OUTSTANDING. Absolutely.

If anyone wanted to go $3000 on a Carter D-10 and Stereo Steel Combo, I'd cut you that deal, plus combined shipping would be lower. Just putting that out there for you guys.

Now that's one heck of a good deal! If I didn't own one of each I'd be all over that deal!

Thanks, James! Both were owned by my grandfather, Casmir "Cass" Rogers, who likened playing unto breathing. I really want them to go to a good home.
