Gerry is a GREAT guy to deal with. And builds an even greater product. I have one, that I bought back in 2003. The only thing I had to get was another processor, But the amp has held up, and every time I had an issue, I would call and Gerry would walk me through it over the phone. If he was not there, I would leave a message and he would call me back, ASAP. He deserves recognition for OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I was so shocked that I had dialed the number and was speaking to him personally within seconds that I had to take a moment to collect my thoughts and verify with him that it was actually happening.
