Looking for Gary Carpenter

Does anyone know how to get hold of Gary Carpenter (aside from making a trip to Valley View)?
I've done search and don't come up with a contact.
I'd like to get some nylon nuts and a bell crank for a Carpsteel.
The Rains site doesn't seem to be up and running.
