My friends think that I should buy a new guitar and recomended 2 or 3 makes and models. But instead of doing that, I sent my original black 1980 model to Paul to have another knee lever put on and to have it checked for some condition. A few days later my guitar came back with a new lever and between the rods was a note from Paul Sr. and he checked it out and could not find anything wrong with it. So, 24 years later, it still plays, works, sounds and play's good. As my great friend Bobby Bowman says;"if you build em' good, they play good"
As we call him "Big Paul", hasn't been feeling to good these days, say "hi" to him and get well soon, we need to keep you around a while.............

Tommy,
I'll relay the very kind words to dad.
I'm glad you're happy with the guitar after all these years.
Thanks so much, and thanks for being such a dear friend!

Tommy, I have a Franklin that I bought around 1984/85. I recently sent mine back to Paul to completely go though and re-do any thing on it that needed replacing. When I got it back, I had to look closely at it to see if it was my old guitar. It looked brand new!
Theresa, tell your Dad for me, to get well soon, we need to have him healthy for a long, long time! And, all my prayers for him!
