You need to hide that update. On my Win 7 OS, which I'm keeping (I upgraded my Win 8.1) I uninstalled that KB, restarted the PC and checked for updates. That KB showed up again. RIGHT click on it and then select Hide so you don't accidentally reinstall it.

well my question has been answered. Microsoft wasted no time in trying to reinstall the KB3035583. The icon for new updates just popped up and when I went to see what the new update was, it was there.

Thanks Jack I did as you said and it went away. I just hope it will not be installed automatically.

After I hid the Win 10 update I changed from automatic update/install to manual for fear it would continue to show up and be installed. I was right. I went to updates today and there it was again. I unchecked it and installed all the others.
